1. Services Provided

JoypurHost provides Shared Hosting, Self-Managed VPS Hosting, Domain Services, and Communication-Based Email Hosting.

2. Account Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for managing their server, content, and email accounts. We do not access or control VPS content unless under a maintenance agreement.

3. VPS Hosting Terms

• Self-managed unless maintenance service is subscribed.
• Clients are responsible for software setup, email configuration, and security.

4. Refund Policy

• No refunds for VPS/Dedicated servers after provisioning.
• Shared hosting refunds within 7 days only if JoypurHost infrastructure fails.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Sending spam or phishing emails
• Running mass mailing/campaigns from JoypurHost SMTP
• Hosting adult, illegal, copyrighted, or abusive content

6. Email Usage Policy

Email services are only for communication. Bulk use is not permitted.

✅ Allowed:

• Basic personal/business communication
• Up to 200 emails per account per day

❌ Not Allowed:

• Email campaigns or mass emailing
• Using SMTP for newsletter software or marketing

7. Support Policy

• Shared hosting: basic support included
• VPS: infrastructure-only support unless on a maintenance plan

8. Limitation of Liability

JoypurHost is not responsible for:

• Email blacklisting due to misuse
• Server-level misconfigurations or attacks

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate services for:

• Abuse of email or server
• Late or non-payment
• Violation of these terms
